Many people are afraid of certain movements or believe that there are movements that they are simply unable to do. This fear of movement leads to avoidance in everyday life, during exercise or in yoga practice. Together we want to understand movements in different areas of the body and try them out through a yoga practice. In our holistic program, we will also teach you how breathing can be integrated into your training or practice and how the body and emotions are connected. Juni Rosinski is a physiotherapist (B.Sc) and personal trainer. In her work, she sheds light on movement myths and makes movement more understandable and approachable. Hannah Rákoshegyi is a yoga teacher (500h) and approaches inclusive, integrated yoga practice in which everyone can experience themselves with their own body and emotions.

»Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be.« — B.K.S. Iyengar
