Many of you are familiar with the Bhakti Yoga elements from my classes: we chant mantras or I share insights into their meanings and backgrounds, explaining why their sound often goes straight to the heart. In my monthly Kirtan, we come together to sing. You can join in the singing or simply close your eyes and listen, allowing the mantras to work their magic on you. I look forward to seeing you there!
Every first Saturday of the month, 5pm – 6:30 pm at SHA-LA Prenzlauer Berg.
Sign up via the studio or your usual provider.
Feel free to contact me anytime with questions at hello@purna-yoga.com.
»Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be.« — B.K.S. Iyengar
